About The Documentary

Fed Up or Finally Informed explores the role of fast food in modern life and investigates how attitudes towards nutrition are changing among young people.

Through interviews, expert insight and visual storytelling, the documentary asks whether today’s generation is becoming more informed about what they eat, or whether convenience still shapes our food choices.

The project examines the balance between fast food culture, health awareness and the influence of modern nutrition trends.
